Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions – EvolutionBody.gr
(Valid only for gymwear – Does not include gym equipment, accessories & sports gear)
1. Introduction
The affiliate program of EvolutionBody.gr allows partners (influencers, bloggers, fitness coaches, gyms, sports clubs, etc.) to earn a commission through a unique discount coupon they offer to their audience.
The program applies exclusively to the sale of gymwear.
It does not apply to:
• Gym equipment
• Gym accessories
• Sports gear (e.g., protective gear, balls, rackets, etc.)
By registering for the program, you accept the following terms and conditions.
2. Registration & Partner Acceptance
• Participation is free, with no initial investment.
• Each partner receives a unique discount code that can be promoted to their audience.
• The application for participation is evaluated, and EvolutionBody.gr reserves the right to accept or reject partners without any obligation to provide explanations.
• To be approved, an active social media channel, blog, or website with relevant content (fitness, sportswear, active lifestyle) is required.
3. How the Program Works
• Each partner receives a unique discount code (e.g., FIT10).
• Their followers can use it to receive a 10-15% discount on the purchase of sportswear from EvolutionBody.gr.
• During special promotional periods or campaigns, the discount may increase to 20-40%. Partners will be notified of such changes in advance.
• The partner's commission is calculated based on the total sales amount generated using their coupon.
• Purchases from the categories “Fitness Equipment,” “Accessories,” & “Sports” do not count toward the commission.
4. Commission & Payments
• Commission Rate: X% of net sales (excluding VAT & shipping costs).
• Coupon Validity: The coupon remains active for as long as the partnership lasts.
• Minimum Payment Amount: 50€ (payments are made when the partner reaches the minimum threshold).
• Payments: Payments are made monthly, in the end of each month, via bank transfer. In the case of holidays, festive periods, etc., payments will be moved to the next business day.
• Returns & Cancellations: If an order made with the coupon is returned or canceled, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the commission.
5. Payment Methods
Our partners (influencers, content creators, etc.) have the option to receive their compensation in one of the following ways, depending on their tax status:
Payment with Title of Acquisition (Receipt for Professional Expense)
• This option applies to partners who do not have their own business.
• The title of acquisition is issued by our company and includes a 20% withholding tax and a 3.6% stamp duty.
• The final amount the partner receives is the net amount after deductions.
• The affiliate partner declares the income in their tax return (E1, code 781).
• If the total annual income exceeds the minimum threshold established by law, the partner may be subject to social security contributions to EFKA.
Payment via Invoice (Individual Business or Company)
• If the partner has an individual business or company, they issue an invoice for services rendered for the agreed compensation.
• Payment is made to the bank account provided by the partner.
• The partner is responsible for paying VAT (if applicable) and their social security contributions.
The partner must provide all necessary details promptly for correct processing of the payment.
By participating in the collaboration, the influencer agrees to these terms and takes responsibility for correctly declaring their income to the tax authorities.
6. Promotion Rules & Acceptable Practices
Allowed Promotion Methods:
✔Posting the coupon on Instagram bio/posts/stories, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Blogs, Email Marketing.
✔Creating content (videos, stories, posts, articles) referring to EvolutionBody.gr products.
✔ Promotion through personal branding & fitness content.
Prohibited Practices:
• Spam posts or bulk messaging with the coupon.
• Purchasing products with the affiliate's own coupon.
• Advertising the coupon via Google Ads or Meta Ads (bidding on the brand name EvolutionBody.gr).
• Misleading offers or promises that are not valid.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the partnership and the deletion of the coupon.
7. Modifications to Terms & Termination of Partnership
• EvolutionBody.gr reserves the right to modify the terms of the program at any time.
• Partners will be informed of any modifications via email.
• In case of termination of the partnership, pending commissions will be paid normally, provided there are no violations of the terms.
