The Adidas X-21 Cross Trainer is ideal for all-round fitness, allowing you to build muscular and cardio endurance without having to put impact strain through sensitive joints. The rear-drive 10 kg flywheel is efficient at storing kinetic energy, which in turn maintains momentum and creates a smooth, quiet elliptical motion.

Self-generating power


You provide the energy


Built around an internal self-generating motor, you are the one that creates energy and powers the X-21’s impressive features. No need for a power adapter, tangled wires or restrictive plug sockets, you have the power and freedom to train anywhere in your home.



Resistance


The system offers 24 levels of electronically adjustable resistance so you can always challenge yourself during your workout.



Stride Length


The X-21 Cross Trainer offers a comfortable 38 cm stride length for your workout.



Flywheel


This cross trainer has been designed with a 10 kg flywheel that offers an inertia weight of 17.2 kg.



Programs


Access 12 demanding programs, as well as an HR and a Watt program for an additional challenge.



Maximum load


The X-21 frame construction is designed for a maximum user weight of 150 kg.
