Orders paid via bank transfer are shipped once the payment has been confirmed.
Shipping Cost
• For orders under 50€, the shipping cost is 3.50€.
• For orders over 50€, shipping is free.
Shipping costs for fitness equipment depend on the delivery location and are arranged upon agreement with the customer.
Order Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are prepared within 1 to 24 hours from the moment the order is placed (excluding Sundays).
The typical delivery time is 1–3 business days from the shipping date.
For delays caused by external factors such as strikes, road closures or extreme weather conditions, our store cannot be held responsible.

Orders are shipped via ELTA Courier for:
• Clothing • Nutritional supplements • Small items
Box Now Delivery
You may choose Box Now as a delivery method and collect your parcel at any time from a Box Now Locker.
Box Now Lockers are available in more than 1200 locations across Greece.
Advantages
• 24/7 access • Fast pickup – usually within 24 hours after shipment • The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours • Option to extend the storage time for an additional 24 hours

How it works
• Select Box Now as the shipping method during checkout. • Choose the locker location that suits you on the map. • Once the parcel arrives, you will receive an SMS with a PIN code to open the locker and collect your order.
Fitness Equipment Delivery & Assembly
Fitness equipment is delivered through transport companies depending on the delivery location.
Assembly within Thessaloniki
• Exercise bikes, treadmills and elliptical machines are delivered with free assembly within the city of Thessaloniki.
• Multi-gyms, smith machines, power racks and other large fitness equipment require assembly upon prior agreement, depending on the product and installation requirements.
Deliveries outside Thessaloniki
For deliveries outside Thessaloniki or in surrounding areas, shipping and assembly costs are determined upon agreement, depending on the delivery location and the type of equipment.
Assembly outside Thessaloniki may be arranged in cooperation with local technicians.
Delivery conditions
Delivery of large fitness equipment is made at sidewalk level, unless otherwise agreed in advance with the customer.
If the customer requests delivery to a specific floor, transportation inside the building, or special installation, additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the service.
Refusal of Delivery
If a customer refuses to receive a product that has already been shipped through a transport company, the shipping and return transportation costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Example:
If a product costs 1000€ and the transportation cost is 20€, the refunded amount will be 980€.
If additional return transportation costs apply, these will also be deducted from the refund.
Store Pickup
You may collect your order free of charge from our physical store.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery has a cost of 2€ and applies to:
• Clothing • Nutritional supplements • Small items up to 10kg or orders with a total value up to 500€
International Shipping
For international shipments, shipping costs are determined by the transport companies and are displayed before completing your order.
Order Processing
Order processing, product picking and shipping take place Monday to Saturday during business hours.
Deliveries are not made:
• On official holidays • On days when the warehouse is closed due to annual inventory
Product Availability
Each product displays its availability status before you complete your order.
The indicated delivery time is estimated and not binding.
Final confirmation of product availability is made during order processing.
If a product is not available, Evolution Body reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any amount already paid.
