The Spanish DVSport® Kohala "Thunder Race" board is our most professional SUP.

Hold the air inside

DVSport® SUP boards have built-in DropStitch® technology. DropStitch® that allows an inflatable SUP to maintain its shape, even when inflated to high pressure (15 PSI).

The process starts by joining two pieces of PVC material with thousands of polyester fibers. This basic material is manufactured in strips 150 to 300 cm wide. DVSport® SUP boards use the most powerful DropStitch® materials on the market. In addition, 2 layers of PVC are used on the walls of the boards to hold the air inside.
